Dacă aderezi la un nou principiu (la un nou standard) doar din obligație vei da naștere la stresul negativ, așa cum îl percepe majoritatea. Dacă însă alegi din timp să te stresezi pozitiv pentru a fi primul care încearcă ceva nou, înseamnă că ești liber.
